Job Summary
Are you passionate about DeFi and eager to work in a highly skilled blockchain team of a cutting-edge DeFi startup? We are a stealth mode DeFi company seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Blockchain Developer. As the driving force behind our tech and development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy blockchain solutions.
- Develop smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and other blockchain-related software.
- Implement blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms.
- Work on blockchain projects related to DeFi (Decentralized Finance) space, including lending, staking, swaps, and DEXs.
- Utilize your full-stack expertise to develop end-to-end blockchain solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and DeFi.
- Be well-versed with Layer 2 blockchains like Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism and other EVM-based chains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the blockchain space.
- Strong expertise in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or others.
- Extensive experience in DeFi, including lending protocols, staking mechanisms, liquidity provision, and decentralized exchanges.
- Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity or other relevant languages.
- Full-stack development skills, including front-end and back-end development.
- Familiarity with blockchain consensus algorithms and cryptography.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks such as Truffle or Hardhat is a plus.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects will be highly regarded.

As the driving force behind our product strategy and development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product.
- Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term goals and market demands.
- Identify new opportunities in the DeFi space and drive innovative product solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the DeFi and finance sectors. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify gaps and potential areas for product improvement.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of decentralised finance, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and various financial instruments in the DeFi ecosystem.
- Champion a user-centric mindset throughout the product development lifecycle. Analyse user feedback, conduct user testing, and incorporate insights to enhance the product's usability and overall customer experience.
