Rising Ventures where we invest in projects which are focused in different domains of Web-3 via tokens or equity. We are a fundamentals and use cases driven crypto asset management firm focussing on Layer 1/2, DeFi & NFT space. We have been operating and investing in crypto space since 2013.
As Rising Studio, we bridge the gap of resources, technology and support between founders that have the vision to create valuable DeFi, metaverse or gaming solutions and a successful business. We find and promote disruptive entrepreneurs to ideate, create and scale their startups.
Job Summary
Are you passionate about DeFi and eager to lead product development in a cutting-edge startup? We are a stealth mode DeFi company seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Product. As the driving force behind our product strategy and development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product.
Develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term goals and market demands. Identify new opportunities in the DeFi space and drive innovative product solutions.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the DeFi and finance sectors. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify gaps and potential areas for product improvement.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of decentralised finance, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and various financial instruments in the DeFi ecosystem.
Champion a user-centric mindset throughout the product development lifecycle. Analyse user feedback, conduct user testing, and incorporate insights to enhance the product's usability and overall customer experience.
Utilise data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed product decisions, measure success, and iterate on the product to achieve continuous improvement.
Build and manage a high-performing product team. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
